I'm Depressed But I Hide It (Stop Acting!)

Are you depressed but hiding it? Are you smiling whenever someone asks you the meaningless and yet so meaningful question "how are you?" One of my Skype coaching clients said this to me: The happiest men are the most depressed. I had to think about this statement for a moment. Then it hit me.
